How to find Venus
This guide starts with a large pattern that is easy to recognize without a telescope.
Follow the route from one recognizable star to the next until you reach Venus.
Venus is above the horizon, but the sky is still too bright for this route. No suitable observing time was found during the next two nights.
Use the overview to locate the first bright reference, then follow the numbered route.
